As the meeting planner, we are just one call away to answer any of your questions. Our group sales managers are available to assist you on all aspects of your group visit. From meeting and greeting at the Orlando International Airport, airport group transportation, shuttle services to your event, accommodation for your group, and anything else that your group may desire.

You will be assigned to one of our sales managers who will be your contact for anything and everything. Instead of always speaking with someone different each time you call, rest assure that we offer you one on one event support. We have such a great rapport with our meeting planners and group coordinators that it is often said that while you were thinking of the question, your sales manager have already called you with an answer.

Support

Our complete sales team is always at your disposal and available to assist you with any "last minute surprises" you may have encountered such as the need for more transportation, accommodations, attraction tickets, or just the assurance that someone else is calm at the end of the phone, we are here to help.

Our after hours support, is available for you to call for any assistance after hours while in the area.

During your initial conversations with us we will get the necessary information needed to design a proposal and payment schedule that will work for you.
